Stage Door Unlocked Productions is a 501(c)3 non profit based in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.

Mission:

Stage Door Unlocked Productions is an educationally centered theatre company that teaches performance and life skills through the performing arts. Using productions, classes, workshops, and other performance opportunities, we strive to help every person - regardless of age - that comes through our doors to be a better person onstage and off.

Purpose:

To provide educational performing arts opportunities and production opportunities to participants of all ages and experience levels as well as to build, develop, and support the performing arts community here in the Chippewa Valley and beyond.

People First, Theatre Second:

In every endeavor we undertake, we will treat people with respect, value their time and their talents, and most importantly of all: create a space where everyone regardless of their age, gender identity, sexual orientation, political beliefs, religious beliefs, financial status, or education level, feels safe, feels welcomed and feels cared for. If you don’t care for your people, the rest means nothing.

We are a safe space and as such takes issues related to safety very seriously. For us, the show does not have to go on if that means putting someone in an unsafe or unhealthy situation. Contrary to what may be believed, that is NOT professional behavior.

More than anything else, we take the safety and well being of our children very seriously. Every person in our organization who interacts with children will have completed background checks, will attend child safety trainings, and will be held accountable for any inappropriate behavior with children.
